Why I Built This

After 10 years of hiring at Google and Meta, I watched brilliant professionals get passed over, not because they lacked talent, but because they didn't know how to sell themselves. The best candidate rarely gets the job. The one who presents themselves best does.

I started consulting in 2020 and quickly realized two things: the career advice industry is full of misleading information, and one or two sessions aren't enough to create real change. But 8–10 sessions becomes unaffordable fast.

So I built something different — an ecosystem with real corporate insider knowledge, ongoing support, and a structure that stays with you until you sign the offer. I've helped 100+ professionals land roles at Google, Meta, and beyond — including international relocations and full career pivots.
